Zhengzhou Songshan Electrical Heating Elements Co., Ltd., affiliated to Songshan Enterprise Group, was initially founded in 1998 and restructured in 2005. Now, we have more than 150 employees and 47 different kinds of engineering and technical personnel, including six senior engineers, 10 engineers and 12 assistant engineers. We are mainly engaged in the research, production and sales of molybdenum disilicide and silicon carbide electrical heating elements and are one of the leading manufacturer of these two kinds of electrical heating elements in China.

  we were identified as Zhengzhou Municipal Engineering Research Center of High-temperature Electrical Heating Elements by Zhengzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau;

  In 2012

  we applied for four national patents, including two utility model patent and two invention patents. The number of patents we held topped the industry in Henan and even the whole China.

  we passed the certification of ISO9001-2008 Quality Management System;

  In 2009

  we were identified as Zhengzhou Municipal Engineering Research Center of High-temperature Electrical Heating Elements by Zhengzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission;

  we were identified as “Engineering and Technological Research Center of Ultra-temperature Molybdenum Disilicide Electrical Heating Elements”; we were identified as a Municipal Enterprise Technology Center by Zhengzhou Municipal Economic Commission; we applied for 14 national patents, including an invention patent;

  we applied for 12 national patents, including an invention patent; we were rated as one of “Top 50 Key Privately-owned Technology Enterprises in Zhengzhou City” by Zhengzhou Municipal Leading Group of Non-public Economy Work and Zhengzhou Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Bureau.
